The killer of almost so many lives and the cause of so many non-curable diseases are mosquitoes. Tiny in size yet dangerous for life. 3500 species of mosquitoes, yet all the female mosquitoes drink human blood. The closer you look at the mosquito the creepier you will feel. Mosquitoes are the killers, the buzz they made around ears, the speed on which they fly, not able to catch easily. The irritation they cause after sucking the blood from the vessels is just way to annoying.

Observing a mosquito that has so many legs and few needles that are both, needle and straw which help them search the Fsurface and blood. The smallest belly of a mosquito can drink blood almost thrice the weight of their own-self while drinking they leave a drop of liquid/water which causes more irritation.

1.)   Most people probably assume all mosquitoes bite, NO only the females that like to use us as a tasty snack.

2.)   Male mosquitoes make do just fine with plants, but females need a blood meal before they can lay eggs.

3.)   Out of 3,500 species of mosquitoes, only a couple hundred feast on human blood.

4.)   It would take 1,200,000 mosquitoes, each sucking once, to completely drain the average human of blood.

5.)   Studies have revealed that mosquitoes are able to drink 3 times their own body weight in blood.

6.)   Carbon dioxide is one of the main ways in which mosquitoes locate their next feast. They use a special organ called a maxillary palp to follow the smell of CO2 released from our breath.

8.)   The female’s saliva contains an anticoagulant that lets her more easily suck up to her meal. The saliva induces an allergic response from her victim’s immune system; that’s why your skin gets an itchy bump.

9.)   A lifespan of a female mosquito is 42-56 days, and male 10days on an average.

10.) There are 6 major diseases that caused by mosquito bites: Malaria, Chikungunya, Yellow Fever, Dengue Fever, Canine Heartworm, West Nile Virus

11.) Malaria infects around 250 million people each year worldwide and kills about one million, mostly children in Africa. About a fifth of those deaths can be attributed to counterfeit antimalarial drugs.

12.) Dengue fever is transmitted by the bite of an Aedes mosquito infected with a dengue virus.

13.) When suffering from dengue, don’t use a toothbrush or Miswak that can bleed gums.

Unfortunately, there is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. It is said to be that Papaya Leaves and apple juice are best to recover from Dengue fever.

Stay clean and keep your surroundings clean to avoid such incidents. You can use the spray to kill these little monsters once a week also you can use mosquito repellents to avoid such interactions. You can avoid going in the open air because they are there in the open air in gardens especially at night. We can cure ourselves of such deadliest creatures by keeping ourselves clean and our environment clean.
