Below are the terms and conditions that apply on our products that will solve all your queries.

Gift Card:

Terms and Conditions of Gift Card:

  • Imtiaz Super Market reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time.
  • Imtiaz Super Market Gift Card will remain the property of Imtiaz Super Market and we reserve the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
  • This Gift Card is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full at first redemption. In case of partial redemption, the remaining amount shall immediately expire and will not be refunded.
  • Customer must present the Gift Card at the beginning of the transaction. Gift Card will not be redeemed once the transaction is executed.
  • This Gift Card will only be adjusted against the purchase of goods from Imtiaz Super Market and will not be redeemed for cash or to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Once redeemed, Gift Card will be the property of Imtiaz Super Market and customer should handover the card to cashier.
  • Once sold, Gift Card will not be returned nor refund.
  • Imtiaz Super Market shall not be responsible if a Gift Card is lost or stolen.
  • Imtiaz Super Market will not be responsible for redeeming the Gift Card if the barcode is distorted or becomes unreadable due to any reason.
  • In the event of a Gift Card being non-functional, customer shall visit customer care counter for resolution of the matter. However, the decision of Imtiaz Super Market shall be final and binding.

Loyalty Program:

Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Keychain/Card:

  • The use of Loyalty Keychain/Card outside Imtiaz Super Market is not validated.
  • Points will be adjusted against future purchases only and no point will be transferred or redeemed in cash.
  • Customer must present Loyalty Keychain/Card at the beginning of the transaction. No points will be awarded once the transaction is executed.
  • Imtiaz Super Market reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Loyalty Keychain/Card if it appears defective, tempered or forged.
  • Points will only be awarded on the same day invoice.
  • Points will be awarded on category wise purchase (excluding some items in category) against predefined limits set by Imtiaz Super Market.
  • Loyalty Keychain/Card will be made inactive if it is not used for a period of 6 months.
  • Imtiaz Super Market reserves the right to inquire and investigate unusual transactions made via customer’s Loyalty Keychain/Card.
  • Customer shall call and inform contact-center team to block Loyalty Keychain/Card if the same is lost or misplaced. Imtiaz Super Market will not be responsible for the loss of points on stolen or misplaced Loyalty Keychain/Card.
  • Customer will be responsible to pay charges of the Loyalty Keychain/Card on duplicate issuance.
  • In case of any customer dispute, the decision of Imtiaz Super Market shall be final and binding.
  • Imtiaz Super Market may deduct points from the balance available, any points credited in error, and any points relating to a purchase which are canceled or reversed or where a refund is given.
