Gift Vouchers

  • ISM reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of ISM Gift Cards at any time.
  • ISM k pas ye haq hai k wo kisi b wqt gift card k sharait o zawabit badal skta hai.
  • Imtiaz Supermarket gift cards remain the property of Imtiaz Supermarket who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
  • Gift card ISM ki jaidad rhega aur ISM ye haq rkhta hai k kisi b wqt card ko mansoukh krskta hai jb zrurat ho.
  • Customer must ensure that the Gift Card is unscratched at the time of purchase.
  • Kharidar lazmi janch le k card kharidari k wqt scratch nhi hai.
  • This Gift Card is valid for one time use only and must be consumed in full at first redemption. In case of partial redemption, remaining amount shall immediately expire and will not be refunded.
  • Card srf ek dafa istemal kia ja skta us k bd uski maiyad khtm hojaegi aur koi raqam baqi bachne ki surat main wapsi nhi ki jaegi.
  • Customer must present the Gift Card at the beginning of the transaction. Gift Cards shall not be redeemed once the transaction is executed.
  • Kharidar ko lazmi transaction se phle card dena hoga wrna card transaction k bd dene pe istemal nhi kia jaega.
  • This Gift Card will only be adjusted against purchase of goods from Imtiaz Supermarket and will not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Card kharidari k bdlay hi istemal hoga aur koi raqam ya dosray gift card k bdlay istemal nhi hoga.
  • Once redeemed, Gift Card will be the property of Imtiaz Supermarket and customer should handover the card to Cashier.
  • Ek dafa k istemal k bd card ISM ki jaidad hoga aur kharidar ko card wapas krna lazim hoga.
  • Once sold gift card will not be returned whether scratched or in the same condition when sold.
  • Card ki kharidari k bd wapsi nhi hogi.
  • Imtiaz Supermarket shall not be responsible if a Gift Card is lost or stolen.
  • ISM card ki chori ya khonay ki sorat main zimedar nhi hoga.
  • Imtiaz Supermarket will not be responsible for redeeming the Gift Card if the bar code is distorted or becomes unreadable due to any reason.
  • ISM card ko mustarad krne ka haq rkhta hai agr card parhne k qabil na ho ya bar code kharab hojae.
  • In the event of a Gift Card being non-functional, Customer shall visit customer care counter for resolution of the matter. However, decision of Imtiaz Supermarket shall be final and binding.
  • Kharidar ko customer care counter ka rukh krna hoga card na chalne ki sorat main. ISM ka faisla hatmi hoga aur kharidar faislay pe amal krne ka paband hoga.

Loyalty

  • The use of loyalty card outside ISM is not validated.

·         Loyalty card ISM k ilawa kahen aur istemal nhi hoga.

·         Points will be adjusted against future purchases only and no point will be transferred or redeemed in cash.

·         Points kharidari k bdlay hi istemal hoga aur na koi points muntaqil hngay na hi koi raqam milay gi points k bdlay.

  • Customer must present loyalty card at the beginning of transaction. No points will be awarded once the transaction is executed.
  • Kharidar ko lazmi transaction se phle card dena hoga wrna card transaction k bd dene pe istemal nhi kia jaega.
  • ISM reserves the right to refuse redemption of any card, if it appears defective, tempered or forged.
  • ISM card ko mustarad krne ka haq rkhta hai agr card jail ya aibdaar hua.
  • Points will only be awarded on the same day invoice.
  • Points srf invoice ki date ko hi le skte hain. Koi b point puranay din ki invoice pe nhi milega.
  • Points will be awarded on category wise purchase (excluding some items in category) against predefined limits set by ISM.
  • Points srf makhsoos categories pe hi milengay ISM ki tay shuda hudud k mutabiq.
  • Loyalty card will be made inactive if card is not used for a period of 6 months.
  • Card ko ghair fa-aal krdia jaega agr 6 mahinay tk koi transaction na ki gai to.
  • ISM reserves the right to inquire and investigate unusual transactions made via customer’s loyalty card.
  • ISM k pas ye haq hai k wo poch guch ya tehqeqaat kry agr koi ghair mamoli transactions ki shanakht ho.
  • Customer shall call and inform call center team to block card if the same is lost or misplaced. ISM will not be responsible for loss of points on stolen or misplaced cards.
  • Kharidar ko call centre call kr lazmi itla dena hogi card gumshudgi ki sorat main. ISM card gumshudgi ki sorat main points k nuqsan ka zimedar nhi hoga.
  • Customer will be responsible to pay charges of the card on new and duplicate issue.
  • Kharidar ko naye ya naql card bnwanay pe qeemat ada krni hogi.
  • In case of any customer dispute, decision of ISM shall be final and binding.
  • Kisi b qisam k tanazay ki sorat main ISM ka faisla hatmi hoga.
  • ISM may deduct points from balance available any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
  • ISM k pas ye haq hai k kisi b card main ghalti se dalay gae points ko wapas krskta hai.
